Payment Method

1) Credit Card: We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Via Stripe, all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted.

2) PayNow: Quote UEN Number: 201931886K.

1) Door Delivery 

A) Delivery can only be arranged upon successful payment. 

B) Currently, we only accept orders within Singapore.

C) Delivery Charges

– Within Singapore main island, we charge a flat rate of $5 for door delivery

– $10 for delivery to CBD.

– $20 for delivery to Jurong Island/Tuas District/ Sentosa Island

E) We apologise for not able to deliver to all other offshore island delivery other than those mentioned above until we own a boat! 

F) For orders above $80 you will enjoy free delivery for Singapore main island and above $200 for CBD, Jurong Island/Tuas Area/ Sentosa Island.

G) Tracking code will be provided for you to track the delivery status.

2) Braddell MRT: Pre-arranged self collection (at no charge) that matches both parties’ schedule. Please indicate under remarks/comments when placing your order. Please indicate at least 3 preferred meetup timings so we can contact you further to confirm.

3) Special Delivery: We can deliver personally (at no charge) if the delivery venue is within Toa Payoh/ Braddell areas!

Note: We will not be able to deliver to areas that are restricted (e.g. military) and free trade Zones (Changi cargo & sea ports). However, if you do have such requests, please email us at and we can discuss on how to assist with your requests, at our furthest possible reach.

  How long will it take to receive my items once I’ve ordered?

We will deliver to you within 2-4 working days upon processing your orders.

Returns & Refunds

Goods once purchase cannot be returned or exchanged except for wrong delivery order or defects. In instances of wrong delivery or defects, the returned items must be in their original condition, with item (in any) all intact.

Please check your item upon receipt if it is in order and check for any defect or discrepancy. Do take a photo and send it immediately to us via WhatsApp @ within 12 hours and quote your receipt number. We apologise that any defect reported after 12 hours will not be accepted.

The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred to return the items and provide a tracking code for us to track the return parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
